We are currently recruiting for the following positions at our Legacy Village location:

Stylist:

Provides an elevated store experience through enhancing individual customer style and supporting the Talbots brand. Provides fashion knowledge and expertise to all customers (associates) in store and fitting room by assessing clients needs and suggesting additional items to complete their look, Must possess a strong drive, ambition and passion for overall sales achievement in a team environment that provides an elevated Brand experience.

Visual Lead Sales Associate:

Assists the General Manager in creating an environment that will maximize the brand’s image, awareness and sales. Coordinate and effectively plan for the execution of monthly Brand Moment floor moves while assisting in driving sales through training and promoting selling initiatives. Must possess knowledge of fashion and fashion trends. Creative ability and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule base on the needs of the business including opening/closing shifts as well as weekends and holidays. Excellent leadership skills and a high level of integrity and enthusiasm to motivate store associates. Strong drive, ambition, and passion for selling and store business success. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Sales Associate:

Provides an exceptional selling and customer service experience that promotes the product and supports the brand. Must demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and possess a love of fashion. Accountable for achieving productivity goals by using product, knowledge, selling tools and available resources. Must possess a strong drive, ambition and passion for overall sales achievement. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
